C L A S S E S

BarreMix | a mix of Barre technique + Pilates moves
This class will make your booty burn + give you that “hurts so good” feeling the next day.

HIIT | a high intensity interval training station-style workout
We’ll break up into groups and have you travel through a series of stations. Be prepared to go hard.

Sweat+Tone | moves to bust your booty + activate those abs + make you sweat
This workout will be inspired by Tone It Up moves + is bound to make you feel powerful!
